FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR SERVICE

Product was not available.<br> <br> Eventually upgraded to just the phone which took two weeks of me constantly having to call and check up on the status of the upgrade. Could not get the colour I wanted (white). Poor service across the board from call centre to twitter to service agents in store.
