FALSE ADVERTISING AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!

<p>Telkom advertised it's special of a R99 per month for 5G which I took up. I have queried and this is the second time I have resorted to Hello Peter because the service at Telkom is appalling. I got a response from my Hello Peter complaint daaayyyys later and when I tried to clarify exactly what was being said I was totally ignored!!!! When I took this contract in July you debited me R99 now all of a sudden I have a bill for R189.90 and these are apparently my "recurring monthly fees". I have no idea what these fees are for, I was not advised of them and all I know is that I am supposed to be paying R99 per month not R189.90. I need to understand exactly what is going on here.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can somebody actually pick up a phone and communicate because this e-mail thing is nonsense. You write half baked e-mails then don't bother responding when I ask for clarity. This is by far the worst network in terms of customer service and the others are really terrible.</p>
