False advertising and out of stock

App**** for a laptop by Telkom on 25th Nov 18, they said there was no stock but they will get in the week and give me a call, never got a call and then went in and was told there is still no stock and they are only getting next week and i needed the laptop as soon as possible, then went to a different Telkom and was told that the warehouse is closing soon so they might not get this year still, so my question is why advertise things you dont have, im really disappointed. If i can get any help with regards to this matter please
