False advertising and Non existing service

Telkom is the biggest Buil...ers, false advertiser, most *********** company I have ever encountered. Over 3 months ago I received and offer from them to upgrade my 20mbs fiber to a 40mbs fiber for X amount. All I had to do is reply Yes. Which I did. I know, hard to believe, but the next day I was phoned and the lady took me through the entire (waist of time ) process, and the upgrade was approved. I was told they would notify me in 7 to 14 days (SMS or/and Mail) as soon as the upgrade was performed. That was 3 months ago. I phoned them several times so as to inquire when this upgrade is about to happen and not once could I get an acceptable answer. The only number I could phone was 10213, which has gone dead the last 2 weeks. When I phone their support desk they tell me to phone 10213, and when I tell them the number does not work they tell me it does and I must phone that number. It still give me a "Unable to connect Error". Telkom is quickly following in the footsteps of SAA, SABC, Eskom, Prasa etc etc and I know now why they need to retrench approx 3000 employees. They are the most *********** and useless of companies who does not have the ability to perform even the most basic of services. They thrive on false advertising and BS and should I have had a different solution I would have jumped to change service providers. Telkom does not know the meaning of the word Service
