False advertising and *********** rude staff

How much is the 10 gig night and day data which they advertise on the extreme deals it deducts the money but gives me 5 gigs how do you advertise tangi can only give someone 5 days and then I called the call-centre cuz this thing has been happening three times already I called the call-centre the *********** staff tells me that there is no extra noodles but at the same time while talking to her I was busy dialling the extreme penal code and it was working you choose option 3 it gives you option 2 all I wanted her as to escalate this to the technical team but so *********** and rude and telling me that extreme deals have been phased off while I bought them last night and I bought them three nights ago and it keeps on giving me the same error instead of escalating the issue she's telling me that it's no longer there and then went on to be rude and talk to her colleague while I am on the phone in the language which they thought that I did not understand
