False advertising and bad service delivery.

I'm truly disappointed with the service delivery received. I was sold a 10Mbps data DSL package but only received a speed of 2.08MBps. This is false advertising, Also the installation of the cable was done extremely sloppy. I have written emails of enquiries but it has been two weeks and no one has even rep****.
