False advertising and 0 support

Tariq, a salesman, phoned me to say i need to upgrade since my 2 year contract is at an end. He bamboozled me into taking a new deal although i was hesitant, and he neglected to mention i can simply renew my current contract, even though i asked several times. now i want to cancel this order since i dont want this product he forced me to take, and i cant find a single person to assist me (i phoned 4 times, was transferred 7 times, was on hold twice for 15minutes at a time, and tried an online chat with an agent). I was told telkom would phone me before dispatch, instead the couriers phoned me directly to confirm my address. I am very unhappy! Especially with the salesman who gave me false information and forced me into something i was never interested in in the first place.
