False advertising

Telkom advertise uncapped lte MONTH TO MONTH for R849. Called 10213 and they say i must go to a store for this deal. Pavilion stated it can be done and since i live near the overport branch i came in on Sunday 17 November 2019 and advised by Neo that there is no such. Only 24 month contract. When i showed her the website she stated they do not offer and asked me to call 10213 for this. She asked me to rather go prepaid. Why does telkom offer packages which the store does not know about. Yonella also confirms this. This is very inconvenient that staff are not well informed. Does anyone know what is going on??? I will forward this to advertising standards authority.
