False advertising.

False advertising! We were phoned by a telkom agent telling us of a promotion of an LTE line. Now I teach online and so I have to have a 10mb/s line at all time. Obviously this is the first question we ask. The agent assured us this line is a 10mb/s line. So we agree to 'upgrade' to lte. What the agent did not disclose was that the 10mb/s speed is only for the 1st 150gb and there after the line speed goes down. I would have never agreed to that if I was informed. And telkom will not allow us to go back to our original line nor allow us to change or plan without paying the full contract out. I am furious as I need a 10mb line to work on.
