False advertising

In November Telekom advertised a mobile wifi deal for R99 a month on a 24 months contract. This was advertised as 2 gig and 10 gig night surfer.

I went to the store to validate this and the consultant told me its true and if I run out of data in the deal then I will have to load like a prepaid.

I then took the contract on that basis. Now today a debit order of R504 went through on my account. How do you deduct R504 if you had said you will deduct R99 a month. Someone justify this to me and give me my hard earned money back. If it will be R504 a month I want to cancel because this is not what I understood

Good day

We are sorry for the inconvenience, kindly know that we charged you for pro-rata last and also know that your default spend limit is R500. This month you have already consume R482.01 from your spend limit so we will charge the R99 + R482.01.

Then change my spend limit to R100. Then I will be charged R99 + R100 on a monthly basis.
