False Advertising

I've upgraded the 1st of August 2020, I was advised that R499 is what I'll be paying each month and extra charges due to the upgrade. My bill has come to R964. I didn't receive any sms with regards to a subscription and this was done telephonically. No Terms & Conditions were read to me! Now paying for a subscription that I wasn't aware of "AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE" I have no idea how they are taking money when this is a data line?? I USE THIS LINE FOR WORK ONLY AND NO GAMES. I had to go to the store to get my bill and to find out that there are subscriptions, This needs to be rectified ASAP!!
