False Advertising

I have app**** for a telkom contract on the black friday on the 27th of November, at the mall of carnival branch in brakpan, when arriving there i was informed that they do not have stock on the phone and the watch and that they will get stock the next week, it has been 3 weeks now and they still don't have stock, how can they advertise something and not have the sufficient stock available to SERV the customers. I have been to the store and they keep just saying next week, next week, they don't do a follow up nothing.... Pathethic really . if i knew this i would have gone to Mtn as they had the exact same deal only cheaper!!!!!
