False advertising

<p>On 11 November 2016, i took out a contract for a tablet on the brochure it stated i will receive a SD card as well as a Cover but on the specified day i did not receive either. I asked the sales guy where is the products on which he rep**** they havent received stock this is not my problem and i want the goods promised in the brochure! I have tried calling numerous times with no answer. it is already a week later and i have not received a call about the promised goods. </p>
