False advertising
<p>Telkom is running a promotional offer where they advertise a 10 mbps line ,but throttle you to 5mbps to unsuspecting customers. My 10 mbps line works perfectly at full speed with my Afrihost and Axxess data accounts ,but as soon as I connect with my Telkom Internet account they throttle me to 5mbps. This is not what I am paing for! Please resolve this issue.</p>
