False Advertising

I am so disappointed with the fact that I saw online promotion of 28GB data offer at R689 (have the screenshots) on the 26 March 2020 and as waited on the line for 4hrs to be serviced at Westgate Mall I saw the promotion playing on the TV displays to my disappointment when I was told the offer is not on their system yet but it is offered online and advertised in store. I am so disappointed that I am even thinking of paying off 3 of my contracts I have with Telkom and move to another provider. I ended up getting 20GB for R599 and I feel it was unfair and false advertising and want to take this further.
