False Advertising

<p>Telkom ref # 197 405 02, ********** 5, 197405 05</p> <p>Not one week of having Uncapped LTE with Telkom does the service go down.</p> <p>Call centre has no idea how to troubleshoot issues over the phone. Come the weekend and its advised that no engineers work on the weekend, which is odd as I was promised that an engineer would call me on the weekend.</p> <p>After arguing more with me they mention that Telkom has a turn around time of 72 hours in working hours ... That means 9 days of no one even looking at my ticket.</p> <p>SHOCKING !!!!</p> <p>While sitting at the Telkom store at Eastgate I see the product advertised as "uninteruppted internet" .... bunch of lies !!! ... I have been down for 6 days with no one actually checking to see what is actually wrong with the service ... even after a SIM swap at the store which took 1.5 hours to even be helped still lead me having no internet ... even when they assured me it will work..... Lies and more lies from the service desk and really fed up that this is the service I have to deal with.</p> <p>I asked on 2 occasions for a manager and supervisor to contact me and after being **** to again that someone will phone me .. that I have yet to have a phone call.</p> <p>I just want my internet connection to work as you advertise ... just get someone to fix this please !!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
