False advertising

<p>A friend recently took out Telkon Unlimited contract with a I Phone 6s. We where told the plan has unlimited data usage, voice and SMS. 3 mounths into the contract we find out that the data is caped at 15GB then usage is slowed down from that point. My question is why advertise and promise unlimited but not that?</p>
