FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>I took a contract with Telkom in August 2014 and i was paying R199.00 every month , in June 2016 i received a call from Sell Direct (Telkom Partners) saying my contract is due for an upgrade , they said they will give me a Router and still pay the R199.00 that i was paying for my Tablet, i agreed for the contract to be upgraded , on the 1st week of July i went to Telkom in Kempton Park to get the Invoice for July , they told me i'm owing R1435.00 , from this amount the R598.00 is for the upgrade of which it was not explained to me by the consultant .</p> <p>I called Telkom Head Office they told me they cant cancel the contract , i must speak to sell direct to sort it on their side of which they failed .I WANT TELKOM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT .</p>
