False advertising

Telkom is unreliable as they are advertising false prices to their consumers. I took a cellphone contract of a Huawei P40 lite which came along with bluetooth head sets advertised with the price of R289, which even the consultant whom assisted me with processing the contract confirmed. On arrival of the package the phone was not delivered with the head sets. When i called the offices to enquire i was sent from pillar to post with no response. Month end an amount of R314 was credited from my account till today. Stop advertising wrong prices to attract customers!!!!
