False Advertising

Telkom has recently started to advertise their fibre internet offerings on TV and in print media. What they don't tell you is that they will only provide fibre internet to areas in the so-called "more affluent" areas of Johannesburg. The suburbs that are currently give access to fibre are those in the Northern Suburbs, while those of us in the Southern Areas are entirely disregarded, even though the excuses made about affordability and price structuring don't apply to many of the suburbs in the "new South".
