False Advertising

Extremely disgusted. I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with VR headset from the telkom hemmingways store in east london a few weeks ago, Long before the 20th of March, I was told the stock had not arrived yet and would be notified when it does. Today when i went to the store I was told that it was not a telkom promotion and that i would not receive a vr headset as it was a samsung promotion and not a telkom promotion, yet the telkom website still advertises it
