False advertising

We got the LTE modem this week after seeing Telkom stand with banners advising just out side our estate. We were promised that our area was covered for LTE and that the modem would work perfectly. After setting up, all we managed to get was 3G, our area is not cover and we will not get LTE. After speaking to Telkom for about and hour to cancel the contract, they tell us it is a 3rd party Telkom hires to advertise.. The guys we were dealing with are not fully educated on the area and what they offer.. A complete waste of time! We cancelled our existing contract for this \wonderful\" contract."
