False advertising

Telkom was running a laptop bundle promotion from 20Jan2016 to 20Feb2016. The bundle included a laptop, a mifi router and windows home 365 software. I went to Maponya mall, The Glen mall, Cresta mall, Southgate mall and Westgate mall to try and purchase the deal and was told they are out of stock on the mifi router and they have been out of stock to date. False advertising is not legal and Telkom should offer the special to customers who app**** at the special rate once they have stock of the mifi router. I app**** with Motlalepula at the Maponya mall store.
