FALSE ADVERTISING

last week the 25th of january i upgraded my mobile contract and took out the smartplan 100 with a hauwei p8 phone.<br> <br> as per the brochure for the month when the contract was taken out, it clearly indicates free unlimited data up until june 2016. today the 1st of feb 2016 once my data is loaded i see that there is no unlimited data and my normal data is getting depleted.<br> <br> i than want to query this and phone the help line on 180 and hold for over 15 minutes with no answer.<br> <br> i than go onto the telkom website and open up a chat with one of the agents.<br> <br> i than put in my number and a guy by the name of OSCAR NENE contacts me, one of the most ********* customer service agents.<br> <br> he asks for my id number and leaves me holding on like a idiot not telling me anything, finally he asks for my name and than leaves me to hold again.'<br> <br> he than tells me that my new contract does not have the unlimited data because i upgraded my contract and am not a new client.<br> <br> the lady by the name of adel where i upgraded my contract at the greenstone branch promised that i will have unlimited data.<br> <br> no where on the brochure does it say free unlimited data for new customers only.<br> pathetic service
