FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I have been to the Telkom Store in the Garden Route Mall on numerous occasions, as an existing Telkom Business Contract holder since the beginning of December 2015 in order to add an additional Laptop contract. Advertised stock, specifically ****les/ USB Modems, MacBook, HP Pro Book and Dell are not available and staff only says there is nothing that can be done about it/ no stock to source. According to staff, because of the unavailability of ****les no laptop deals will be rolled out and no alternative solutions are available because of how the packages are structured. No time frames are given. The deals are advertised in the newest brochures as well as online. <br> <br> I urgently require someone, from the Telkom Business department to contact me with a solution, as soon as possible, as I am relocating and need to be set-up by 15 January 2016.<br>
