False advertising

Okay Telkom false advertising on your website and in your branches. Doesn't even get feedback over the web or any feedback from here. I have two contracts with Telkom my first one that I upgraded was attended to after complaint. Now that I want to upgrade my original first contract Telkom is totally ignoring me. Telkom advertise over their web and in their branches but if u go there u get people that is impatient and rude just because u are looking for something they advertise but do not have. Doesn't even help to give feedback on previous complaints as Telkom just ignores it.
