False advertising

I went to the Telkom Shop in Vaal Mall on the 14 October 2015 to purchase an 8ta contract , to be specific the Hauwei P8 Lite , 100 min 1gig data deal at R199. When I got there the lady told me that they did not have stock of the phone . I filled in the application and she told me it will only be processed once they receive stock. On Tuesday 21 October I returned to the store hoping they had the phone stock , but she informed me that they still havent received any P8 phones and they dont know when they will receive stock . I took my application form and did an online application from home, I am still waiting to hear from telkom. I further phoned 10210 , 10213 , 081180 to no avail. I even tried to phone Southgate and Centurion Mall shops , but everytime a voicemail tells me sorry we cant take your call we are attending to walk in customers, unbelieveable . I am an ADSL customer of telkom of which the service has been very good . Please telkom how can you advertise something you dont have , at the least give us another device that is similar to the Hauwei P8 . Worst ever .....
