False Advertising
Telkom Mobiles advertises on TV and in-store a Telkom MobileSmartpone Essential Contract on it in shop flat screen TV adverts as well as via in-shop advertising leaflets. The Advert is for a Samsung Galaxy A5 / Huawei P8Lite with 300m minutes, 300 Mb + 24Gb additional + 300 SMS & Free WiFi.for R279 x 24 / R199 x 24 respectively. The leaflet also states \Get the SIM-only deal for R100 pm x 24". The shops do not have any handsets available and when a SIM-only deal was requested"
