False advertising

When I went in to telkom mobile and found out about the Adsl wifi packages they told me it will come to R650 pm at most and first month I pay pro data. So I took it up there after the first months bill comes to R1300 and this month comes to R905. So I just spoke to a call centre agent asking what's going on why am I paying this price. He states change of pay dates etc and so when I ask for next months billing it's coming to R750 pm. Now that is not proper business ethics. What's worst is that I'm sitting on the line for 15mins now trying to cancel this and no1 answers by there customer care. This is very wrong as well we false advertising and I feel highly strong to take up this company for this and for wasting my time. Regards k Ramsamy
