False Advertising

False adverti*****t Telkom had the Samsung watch 6 advertised as an ad on to the Samsung phone contract. I go to the store and they say that they have no stock of the watch. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced such bs from them as I’ve wanted to purchase a watch prior and the same excuse was given. I won’t be supporting Telkom going forward as this is unacceptable Second of all the watch being included in the package does not even match the watch being advertised.

Update It’s been more than 3 weeks since my original post and I’ve yet to receive feedback. This is pathetic from Telkom. They should really be ashamed. Utterly useless customer service
