False advertising

I called telkom 6 times I'm on the phone now for 40mins and the lady was employed there for a week and has no idea what I am saying to her.this is terribly frustrating I took a R699 deal there was no additional charge how is telkom charging me R900 I want the deal cancelled. Telkom can have their handset device back and I would like my sanity back such pathetic service.
