False advertising

I took the s9 plus as an upgraded contract on black Friday the salesman clearly outlined the data package 6 months telkoms promotional 10g 5g and 1 g data comes with the contract for R699.00 Telkom has still not loaded my 10g free for the 2nd month now a query was logged and to date no feedback received further more telkom tells us the 5g data is broken up with 2g for WhatsApp and whole lot of nonsense.this was not explained to me at the time of taking the contract so telkom please take the phone back and return all money .this is ***** you cannot sell a customer a product without informing them of all the information and worse lying about the contract inclusive of is selling under false advertising.
