False ADVERTISING

This year i took out a contract ********** 021 with the Telkom. The sales consultant was persistent in selling me the Hawaii P10, stating that i am entitled to 2 screen repairs for free...i took the phone in on Saturday and Telkom Walmer refused to take the phone stating that i should read the terms and conditions and that they are unable to assist.i spent almost 2 hours trying to get hold of the Manager today, their phone being engaged constantly. If i knew that i was not going to get the screen replacement as told i would have never taken a contract with Telkom. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING
