False Advertising
We signed up for the 24 month 10mb ADSL deal and was told by the consultant that the modem and Android TV Media Box would be delivered along with the modem as they did not have stock in store. The installation took place on the 9th of May and no Android TV Media Box was delivered. We went back to the store and they said they still can't help us. The package online says that this is included when we sign a 24 month contract. But so far we have received nothing. I feel that now that we have signed up its just taken for granted.
