False Advertising
My husband and I have all our data deals with Telkom, and is due for an upgrade on the 01.03.2018 - So this passed weekend we went to Telkom, wanted to do this upgreade, and wanted the Dell Laptop deal for R329.00 - So then the lady informed us they haven't had stock for 4 months... YES 4 MONTHS but they still advertise that they have laptop deals. So we then asked what laptops do they have in stock, so they said NONE!!! HOW THE HELL DO YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING AND YOU HAVEN'T HAVE STOCK FOR 4 MONTHS!!! I take it as FALSE ADVERTISING!!! So they lost an client now with 4 data contracts. They wouldn't even offer to order one or tell us when they would get in!
