False advertising

Last month i took out a contract with Telkom, I wanted to take out a wifi contact for R99 but the consultant told me that they are running a special of R149 whereby i'll be getting an extra 10G for the next 6 months. But that 10G has not been loaded to my account, I logged the query with Telkom on Friday i was told that i will have the response after 72 hours. I called on Monday to follow up, i was told that i mustn't count the weekend so i need to call back on Wednesday. I called today only to be told that my query hasn't been looked at. Not only did they not load the 10G but they are not even looking at their client's queries.
