False advertising

Telkom mobile had a special of samsung s8 for R579 x 24 plus wireless charger in December. I app**** for the contract and was approved, was told ill get the wireless charger end of January as their out of wireless chargers. I have been calling their customer care and going to the telkom store, now am told about the power bank instead of the wireless charger. I refused to accept the power bank and demanded the wireless charger. Please help what to do about this matter
