false advertising

we subscribed for the 10 mb adsl line whereby you receive a telkom midem tv box and sim card for free. We are struggling for 3 month to get the tv box. Vanderbijlpark branch does not have and dont know when they will receive. After 2 months we only succeed to get an sim card a6nd lost two months of 2gb data because of the fact that the first sim cards they had they could not register it. They dont rven have the desentcy to give you the oppertunity to let you know when the tv boxes arrives if ever will arrive. This is a false advert and is telkkms aim to get people to take out contracts and let them wait for the free tv box and sim cards. The people working at Telkom vanderbijlpark attitudes stinks. They are not friendly and think we owe them something. We dont know when the tv boxes will ever arrive and we have to go and stand in quews just to find out they did not receive tv bixes. How long is thing going to continue. We are frusstrated . Hope telkom wakes up and do something about this.
