False Advertising

So telkom advertises a deal on their website, when I call they give me 2 awnsers. 1- they do not have a code to load the deal but they will escalate and get back to me. 7 days later, they still did not reply.. 2 - I call back and then they spin me another story that the deal is not for upgrades but only for new deals...( No terms or conditions adverstised - the add says standard terms complies) I found the deal and actually want it, they coming up will all kinds of stories not to give the deal.This is false adverstising. and the deal is still available on your website 8 days later.. what are they just trying to get the customers to call and then spin a story and sell something else?. You can not advertise and then make up rules so that the customer cannot get it. this is so wrong.
