False advertising

I’m due for a contract renewal with telkom and I saw a deal on line for a galaxy tab E for R149. I requested a renewal on line, at the store and the call center where I was told the deal shows on the system and they have the device but they can’t give out the deal. They don’t know why.

They advertising something which they can not provide, they can’t even give reasons why they can’t give provide the deal out as advertised.

This is *****, I'm very disappointed after being with Telkom for this long.
