False Advertising!

Once again very disappointed in your pathetic service. For the last few weeks I’ve been inundated with emails encouring me to upgrade and advertising your new deals. I decided to go in to your canal walk store to upgrade my contact today. Ironically, your Telkom Mobile store has no contact number and doesn’t respond to emails re stock availability either.

I’m referred to the iStore where there is one individual assisting with Telkom upgrades, needless to say this attempt to upgrade was also futile.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service from your store assistants and from your brand as a whole.

A week into December and none of your stores have stOck of phones displayed in your latest catalogue.Surely this is false advertising but it also explains why your stores are empty!
