false advertising

I app**** for my upgrade on black Friday at 2 am in the morning, I received an sms saying one of their agents would contacts me, to date no one has bothered! I then called the upgrade department to follow up on my order, after several attempts and hours spent holding on one of their *********** staff answers, she says she will process my order only to drop the phone on me right at the end while confirming the delivery time, she doesn't bother calling back. After 2 days I try calling again, after holding on for an hour another rude *********** staff answers and tells me they have no record of my order, I demand to speak to her superior who eventually comes on to the phone promises to help me and never delivers!!!! this is such a terrible and frustrating experience, why do you advertise something you can't deliver on?
