False advertising
2 months ago i upgraded my telkom landline package to the promotion they had at the time R599 pm for uncapped internet. The first month i paid my pro rata fees. So this month i received my statement and it says i have to pay R688. I phoned telkom they said the R599 is vat excl. I then spoke to someone at sales they say the R599 is vat included, so can someone please advise as whats going on?
