False advertising

I was due for an upgrade in October 2021. I enquired about an upgrade online but due to not having stock i then resolved to going to the store ,which they also didn't have stock also. I kept going back numerous time ,until one day i went there and had 1 IPhone but they had the issue with the catalog saying one can take Iphone 11 for R399 for 36 months, it also included that i will get Apple earpods + 20W USB-C Power Adopter with an additional R40 for 36 months, which i was okay with, however when we were busy singing in the option wasn't there for the assistant to add the Apple earpods + 20W USB-C Power Adopter for R40,they emailed head Office IT department and I was told that i should come back during lunch time ,but there was still no feedback for the email they have sent. I was then worried that I would then have to wait again for another stock, the assistant said they will hold it for me until they get feedback. The following day there was still no feedback,I was then advised that they will use the last month (September )option that came with Apple earpods + 20W USB-C Power Adopter ,but it will affect my budget by R149 or less.which i total agreed to. I'm then asking Telkom to please give me the benefits for this month (October) at least as it was not my fault to advertise and only to find that what was advertised is not 100% correct. I have been a loyal customer toTelkom for the past 2 years and 6 months. I have never missed an insalment. I Hope my request will be approved. When I emailed Telkom they said they will change my package at a cost,I honestly see it as not being fare as you guys advertise online and catalog but when you sign up it is something total different
