False advertising

<p>I went onto telkoms website on Friday, 4 August 2017, and looked for a new phone, I found a deal that included a fit device with the hauwei P10 which I was quite happy with because that's what I was looking for, once the entire deal was finalised over the phone, agreeing to everything, I received a call back to tell me the watch is now only available on the more expensive bigger phone (Huawei P10 plus). I did not want this phone nor do I think it's fair that I get a more expensive product forced on me once an advertised deal has already been agreed apon. When I was phoned back just was busy and didn't have time to think or argue but the more I think about what has happened, the more upset it makes me. As a big brand surely you understand that you cannot advertise something and change your mind whenever it suites you, also please note that a very close friend who suggested the deal received his phone and smart watch just that previous week! It is very upsetting and I will be taking this further </p> <p> </p> <p>Warren</p>
