False advertising

<p>Got an additional contract on 14 January 2017 for Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and we were supposed to get Samsung power bank for free. Went to the branch and till today, there is no stock and agent that helped promised to call me for collection. But again, I do not blame the agent if a company sell what it can't deliver YOU are obliged to do the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why offer if you can't supply. Logic is buy 5 000 Samsung J7 + 5 000 Samsung power bank, I do not know Telkom's logic but I know that there is no balance.</p>
