FALSE ADVERTISING

To whom it may concern, I don't normally do this but this is now the 2nd week that I am waiting for Telkom to give me an answer after I spent almost 30min on the phone, put on hold countless times and then finally dealing with Calanthia Pea**** (a Telkom employee 'promising' the issue wil be dealt with but now just simply ignores my emails).

I wanted to buy a whatsapp data bundle but the description on your app is incorrect. I purchased a 2G Lit Bundle based on what it says on the app (I want the whatsapp bundle) but apparently this is actually something to do with streaming. Please can this 2G Lit bundle be exchanged for the FreeMe option.
