False adverti*****ts!!!! Bunch of Dishonest ******!

Telkom advertised the P30, P30 lite and the P30 Pro on the 2GB Freeme package for R150 for all 3 items. When I queried this I was told that the ad is incorrect, although I have already filled in the application to upgrade my contract. Luckily I took photos and screenshots of the adverti*****t cause when I called the next day I was told that the phones were never advertised on their website. When Telkom realised the mistake that was on their website they quickly took the ad off their website. Now they claim that my order to upgrade my phone never happened and the application is not there, even though I have pictures and screenshot to prove this! What a bunch of ******! I have been a loyal customer of Telkom mobile for more than 6 years now but I am definitely moving my number to a honest Service provider that actually sticks to what they advertise!!
