False adverti*****t! Bad publicity does not even move them to act?? Problems at Telkom!

A phone was delivered to me after 8ta upgrade/sales department contacted me. On the very same day the phone was delivered, it had problems. I tried calling them back and I could not get hold of them on the 10213. It's been over 2 weeks since I had the phone. I'm still driving around with a phone that must be returned to Telkom. And they'll be the first one to debit my account. This is a bridge of contract. Clearly,Telkom is incapable of handling a lot of customers, is this a private business or a government department that can’t deliver? Horrible service indeed. I feel cheated by Telkom. This is false adverti*****t and deceiving! Bad publicity does not even move them to act?? Problem right there!
