False adverti*****t

Telkom has falsely advertised a special that does not exist in any of their stores country wide. Since the beginning of March 2016 I have been trying to purchase the Apple MacBook Air 13.3 inch with SmartInternet - 500 MB for R699 pm x 24 special that they are still advertising although I have been to 3 different stores already getting the same feedback \we are out of stock'', until I was told by an employee at the Sandton city store that they have never actually had the MacBook in stock and it is not even available nationally. I was informed to apply anyway to be on the waiting list, I submitted all the required documentation and my application for the contract has been approved, but it has been a week already and have not received the MacBook. The same employee advised me to go to iStore to apply there for the same deal, iStore Sandton City has the MacBook but does not have the routers in stock...so I am also on the waiting list there for about 2 weeks now. So Telkom mobile has the routers just not the MacBook, but iStore has the MacBook just not the router...seriously, can't you just get one from the other and serve the customer as promised?"
